This post was a godsend, I have struggled with acne for YEARS! But the expensive stuff just isn’t in the cards right now, and I need something that works that I can afford.

I love your suggestion of the Biore charcoal cleanser. I have used this and love it! I can’t wait to try the Burt’s Bees toner, I have been trying to find a good toner, but haven’t found the right one yet. I love Burt’s Bees so Im sure it will be awesome!

Another thing I would recommend for acne prone skin is the Clean & Clear dual action oil-free lotion. This can be found at any drugstore and costs less than $10. It has saved my life. I have extremely dry skin, but hydrating lotions typically make me break out. Until I found this. You should look into it and see what you think.

I would love to see you do a review on it! Thank you so much. I love your posts 🙂

    Hey, thanks for this post.

I have a quick question. Is it ok to use CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser even if I don’t have dry skin? I hate using a facewash that makes my face feel dry – so I figure that a facewash meant for dry skin won’t leave my face feeling dry.
